If you cannot visit your doctor in person, telehealth appointments are a convenient option. You can either schedule an appointment online or by calling our office.
Telehealth visits for your needs
We proudly offer telehealth visits, which allow you to speak with a medical specialist without an in-person appointment.
Video visits with your provider
At many of our practices, you can schedule a live-broadcast appointment to your personal provider by using your mobile device or computer, wherever you may be. Your family doctor's office will call prior to your video appointment to collect your insurance information and any copays.
Online visits with My Care Now providers
If you need care right away for common illnesses, you can schedule an in-person video visit with the first available My Care Now provider. Video visits are covered by all major insurance, and you are only responsible for your copay amount.
If you and your doctor decide it’s better that you come to our nearest My Care Now location, or see a physician at one of primary care practices, the cost of your video appointment is credited toward your in-office visit.
Virtual Clinic consultations
You can also get care for everyday problems through Virtual Clinic consultations. These sessions cost $35, payable online by any major credit card, whether you have insurance or not.
Our clinic's office hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm, seven days a week. Sessions begin with answering a short, 15-minute online survey. Your provider receives and reviews your survey responses, then, completes a diagnosis and treatment plan. Typically, you receive a response within an hour of submitting your survey. If you submit the questionnaire after 7:00pm, you'll receive a response the next day, between 7:00am and 8:00am.
